Banana Blueberry Muffies (GF/DF)

Need a quick grab for breakfast?
These 4-ingredient GF/DF Muffies are the PERFECT way to start your morning, with no stomach ache!

What you need:
1 ripe banana
2 eggs
1 handful of blueberries
Avocado/Coconut Oil

1) Mash the banana into a bowl (as smooth as you can get it!)

2) Add two eggs, stir in with mashed banana

3) lightly oil muffin pan with avocado or coconut oil. Add blueberry’s (or any fruit) and pour banana mix on top (half way full) muffins3

4) Bake on 400 degrees, for 15 minutes

Top with cinnamon and powder sugar, for a little extra sweetness… YUM!
