Appointment Policies
Timely Arrival Policy
To ensure the highest quality of service, we ask clients to arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment. If you anticipate being late, please call us. Late arrivals may be subject to rescheduling:
- Less than 15 minutes late: We will do our best to provide the full service within the remaining time.
- More than 15 minutes late: Your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a no-show fee of 50% will be charged.
Refund Policy
Our commitment to excellence means that we stand by the quality of our work. Refunds are issued only if our service does not meet our high standards:
- If a reaction occurs within 24 hours of service, we offer an assessment and complimentary lash removal if needed.
- Contact us within 24 hours if you are unsatisfied with the style for an opportunity to address your concerns.
Cancellation and No-show Policy
We require notice 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Charges will apply for late cancellations or no-shows, and repeat offences may lead to refusal of future services:
- Less than 24-hour notice: A fee of 50% of your services.
- 3 no-show/late cancellation occurrences: We may no longer be able to provide services.
A credit card on file is required for booking to facilitate these charges if necessary.
